Note: for the price this is a good tank, but we have had some issues with it (see review below) If you do decide to use this tank for your custom bike project you must seal the tank before use, the best product we have found is called RedKote, you can find the product online and it is designed to seal radiators and gastanks.

Had the tank for 3 years. Looks great but only holds 3 gallons. It devolped a progressive leak after one year. It started with a smell of gas fumes in the garage and progressed to dripping on my leg and bubbling the paint. The metal fatigued around the rear mount. I tried to fix with JB weld but it cracked right through 1/2" and continued to leak Note from Seeger - We no longer recommend this tank, it must be seal with RedCote before use.
