Jeff says it all in his e-mail to us about his chopper. "The bike is a 2000, 1200 XL Custom. The gas tank is aftermarket and painted by me and my brother, House of Colors Tangerine, with DuPonts color changing flames and iron cross. I've done all the work myself, with Kurt's advice given over the phone. I used the original chopper kit using my forks and loved it. I recently went with the torpedo tubes and forks that Seeger sells and I love the looks and comments. The bike is very stable and handles great even with the mini apes that I installed. Folks I meet on the road love the bikes looks and are always surprised when I point out the adapter block. It's such a smooth transition from the bike to the forks.
